Original uncertainty examples | Now that men with DMD are living longer, are we seeing problems relating to pain years after scoliosis surgery, postural adaptation through metal fatigue over time, or further surgical intervention? ~ Does having had surgery in the early 1980's mean that more surgery is inevitable? Due to chronic pain, neuro pain and further spinal movement. ~ What are the longer term outcome/durability of metal work/spinal fusion in terms of further surgery and pain? |
