UNCERTAINTY: What should be the ideal wait time between mastectomy and delayed breast reconstruction in a patient who has had radiation versus a patient who has not had radiation? (JLA PSP Priority 13)

Original uncertainty examples	Referral was quickish, wait time was long but provided plenty of time to truly consider all aspects of the process. ~ I do feel a little at sea about the process - it took a while to get referred to a surgeon, so I probably won't get the surgery done until almost four years after my mastectomy ~ My wait time was quite long because i had it after chemo and radiation and had to wait to heal from that. ~ How long would the referral process and wait time be?....
