Explanatory note | Lifestyle changes are often recommended in the management of OSA. Patients may have varying levels of knowledge and skills to enact lasting lifestyle changes. Because of wide variability in health and demographic characteristics, the impact of particular lifestyle changes on the need for CPAP may also vary considerably. |
