Original uncertainty examples What is the relationship between endometriosis and certain foods eg. Dairy: it is well known that avoiding these foods can improve symptoms ~ What is the best method to naturally relieve pain through diet? ~ does following an endo diet (removing wheat) really make a difference on our symptoms? ~ Is there any sense in the dietary advice to avoid caffeine? There seems to be strong anecdotal evidence but doctors say there's no point. ~ Is black cohosh (liquid, it goes under my tongue) good for balancing symptoms? ~ Can high strength Omega-3 fish oil help to reduce Inflammation in Endometriosis
