I've had a lot of recognition and acknowledgement in a support group. We had a nice group and there was an atmosphere to encourage and support each other. But in a later group, I made note that the general atmosphere was one of lying, cheating and trump each other. Group process does so much for your individual recovery. How can you ensures that you will get a 'good group'?
