Original uncertainty examples | What is needed to ensure that contacts between people with eating disorders are helping and not be destructive? I've had a lot of recognition and acknowledgement in a support group. We had a nice group and there was an atmosphere to encourage and support each other. But in a later group, I made note that the general atmosphere was one of lying, cheating and trump each other. Group process does so much for your individual recovery. How can you ensures that you will get a 'good group'? |
