Respiratory Care of People with Neuromuscular Disorders (Canada) PSP

About this Priority Setting Partnership

Respiratory complications are a common cause of morbidity and mortality in children with neuromuscular diseases. Research on optimizing respiratory care in this population is essential for improving patient outcomes.

The Canadian Respiratory Care of People with Neuromuscular Disorders Priority Setting Partnership (PSP) launched in 2024. The PSP is working with patients, carers and clinicians to identify the most important questions for future research to answer about the respiratory care of people with neuromuscular disorders.
