Gathering uncertainties
Methods used (e.g. survey, focus groups, interviews):
One survey for older people and carers, one survey for practitioners, both were available in Welsh and on paper and were adapted for use in prisons. An Easyread version of the survey for older people and carers was available on paper. Six groups completed the surveys, supported by local champions. One was a focus group of BAME older people and carers facilitated by the JLA Adviser.
